Winston has managed multimillion-dollar marketing budgets, contributed to digital campaigns generating over 400% ROI at American Express, and helped produce more than 5 billion media impressions through partnerships with brands like the NFL, ESPN, Nike, and P&G.
His experience spans both corporate and agency environments—from building brand partnerships at Rubicon Talent to developing data-backed acquisition strategies at American Express. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Winston combines analytical rigor with creative vision to drive measurable growth and lasting business value.
